Required Supplies
I would love donations of cleaning wipes, hand sanitizer, tissues and paper towels to keep our room sanitary. Thank you in advance for your support!!
- ONE INCH 3 ring binder (no larger than that, please) any color is ok
- 1 package of pencils to share with class during semester.
- Water bottle to be used throughout workouts. This is great to use all day at school! I will provide ice in class to refresh their water.
- Workout clothes: You may wear your own style of exercise clothes, just please follow the guidelines of the school dress code.
- Exercise shoes, preferable ones that will tie up. We will move in a way that will require foot support
- Healthy snack to be eaten after we complete a workout (optional)

About the Fit for Life Notebook
A ONE INCH 3 ring binder, PLEASE NO LARGER
Students will be responsible for a Fit for Life Notebook. This will be checked quarterly for a formal grade. My goal is help develop students in body, mind, and spirit. Notebooks will be neat and organized. Students will create a valuable resource of information to set goals, deepen their knowledge, track progress, and develop their sense of self.

Other Fit for Life Learning Resources
We will use a program that has been provided by CMS for Health and Physical Education called Five for Life. We will use chrome books when needed and I will provide print outs that will go in the Fit for Life Notebook. I will also use two excellent books that you may want to purchase so that you can refer to it at home and even use as a family! This is optional.
